Drop-In / Penthouse Unit
Factory-assembled all-inclusive units placed on the rooftop. Includes evaporator, accessories, and condensing in one insulated metal box. Frees up maximum usable storage space inside the walk-in.

Drop-In & Penthouse Unit Features
Penthouse units are placed on the rooftop of the walk-in, not inside — freeing up maximum usable space for storage racks. All-inclusive factory-assembled units contain the evaporator, accessories, and condensing in one insulated metal box.
Features include a highly-insulated cabinet enclosing cooling evaporators and fan systems, plus a condensate evaporator to prevent liquid damage to equipment.
